Privacy Policy

Yojana is a web-based planning companion. It helps you organize tasks, goals, and daily plans — including AI-assisted planning and Talk.

• Account & profile — email and auth identifiers from Supabase Auth; display name, timezone, and optional context you add in Me (`/context`).
• Planning data — tasks, plans, goals, goal steps, due dates, and related fields you create or edit.
• Check-ins — optional daily mood or ritual check-ins if you use them.
• Notifications — push subscription data and notification preferences if you enable browser push.
• Talk & AI — messages you send in Talk and relevant planning context sent to the AI provider to generate responses and suggested actions.

We use your data to run the product: show your plans, personalize suggestions, sync across sessions, and deliver notifications you opt into. We do not sell your personal data.

• Supabase — authentication, database, and row-level security for your account data.
• OpenAI — processes Talk messages and planning prompts to generate AI responses (when AI features are enabled in your environment).
• Vercel — hosts the web app and scheduled cron jobs configured in the project.

These providers process data according to their own policies. Yojana sends only what is needed for each feature.

• Yojana uses AI to help plan your day, break down tasks, and respond in Talk.
• AI can be wrong — always use your own judgment.
• Yojana suggests actions (create, reschedule, complete tasks). You confirm before anything is saved — no silent changes.
• Do not use Yojana for medical, legal, emergency, or crisis advice.

You can delete your account and associated app data from Me (`/context`) or request deletion via our data deletion page.
